The Role As Clinical Services Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading a growing Allied Health team. Working alongside the Operations Manager , you'll ensure services are clinically excellent, client-centred, and sustainably delivered. Your impact will be felt across strategy, leadership, and day-to-day operations — guiding your team to thrive while driving innovation and quality in rehabilitation care. In this role, you will: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals. Champion clinical excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across all services. Oversee service delivery, workforce planning, and operational performance . Foster professional growth through supervision, CPD programs, and student development. Build and nurture strong relationships with referrers, partners, and community stakeholders. Contribute strategically to the organisation's growth, innovation, and service development. About You You're an experienced and motivated Allied Health professional who thrives on leadership, collaboration, and impact . You balance big-picture thinking with the practical know-how to bring strategy to life. You'll bring: A tertiary qualification in Allied Health (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or similar) with current/recent registration. Proven leadership and management experience in a multidisciplinary, community, NDIS or aged care environment . Deep understanding of clinical governance, compliance, and contemporary rehab practice. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence, engage and empower others .
